There are a lot of things I could say about today, but I'll spare you. I like to get to the point when I've been drinking.

It's a historic moment. You heard it here first, folks. I'm throwing my hat in the ring for the first time in absolute ages.

Mr. Chin, look out. You may not speak a whole hell of a lot of English, but I've got you in my cross-hairs.

This'll be a disaster and, I predict, last no longer than a month.

Anyway, I'm studying Korean tonight for the first time in a week.

Shut up Mike.

I'm bored.

And I need someone to help me learn Korean.

And he may play Starcraft, but he doesn't drone endlessly on about not having a girlfriend. Or how he has to get home early to his mother.

Anyway, all of my coteachers were shocked to learn that I can read the Hangul alphabet. Oh my God! It's amazing!

I'm gonna show 'em all.

As long as it benefits me by helping me learn korean or play starcraft.

tell him I'm your older brother and that he must win my approval first. Maybe he'll buy me dinner.

It's amazing. If only I applied myself.... aish...

Do you want me to try to zap wallace and gromit over tonight?

Although I'm not allowed to make the hard 'd' sound, because I'm a girl. Thanks, Dave's. Morons.

I can't wait to hear the buzz me telling my student you're my oppa caused. But he started it by asking if you were dong-saeng. Anyway, you actually are oppa to me. And I'm sure Mr. Chin will be happy to prove himself to you. Once I can find a way to get him to talk to me.

Meet you on skype.

Oh no, wait. I can say 'deh' because I'm a girl and it's cute. It's 'yeh yeh' I'm not allowed....

I get so confused with my Dave's Korean lessons....

MikejGrey said...

Exactly. Mr.C went bowling with us, right?

Yeh yeh. That's the one. He speaks more English than he let on that night. He relies too much on other Koreans to translate if they're around.

Guess I'll just have to get him alone more often.
