You are supposed to check the real estate registry at least twice. It has an ordered list of creditors. Of course, it is one of the job descriptions the agents should do, or else they are liable.Younghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04111477907654208392noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21444271.post-45753830065266795662013-05-06T12:59:08.074+09:002013-05-06T12:59:08.074+09:00Sidney: Yes, I did. I mean, I stressed about it loads, but it was mostly unnecessary, and B also stressed loads, unnecessarily. But in fact, we walked straight into the exact apartment we were hoping for first time out. So we really can't complain.

We did have a nasty exchange with a real estate agent who I almost smacked across the face with a book, though, when she took the opportunity to talk down to B like he was stupid or a child. I was really angry that I felt like I couldn't defend him properly in Korean and almost blew a gasket because of it. But that's another situation.

Felix: Good to hear you enjoy the blog. Most of the stuff about me and B (my boyfriend) is over at this blog, actually: http://imnopicasso.tumblr.com

It's helpful to have other people's perspectives sometimes, but especially useful is having other mixed couples for friends. Our experience is kind of unique at times.

Your girl (space) friend is really lucky that you're willing to put in some time and effort to understand her side.
